FMC00.048B serves to make the distinction between earthly stages of cognition and evolutionary Conditions of Consciousness (CoC).
In the current epoch on Earth, the stages of cognition (also called clairvoyance) are specific to (a) the structural make up of the current human being (it's bodily principles or members and human senses) and (b) the constitution of the planes or worlds of consciousness. Given the Cosmic Fractal is in an ever-changing dynamic, this can not be easily mapped or transposed to other planetary stages of evolution where mankind goes through other Conditions of Life (CoL) and Form (CoF), given both (a) and (b) are completely different then.
