Any ideas how we could use this, is it useful at all? This is visible for everyone on the site, right or not?
If I would be a new user, I would like a page that clearly explains what I can do and not do, once I'm registered. And also a bit of explanation on the Structured Discussions .. users want to play around and try something after they register.
Reply on the User talk page will create a notification for the page owner about the availability of new comments here. It works this way only for User talk pages.
